By accessing and using Plenotrac, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Plenotrac provides online continuing professional development (CPD) courses focused on audit, financial reporting, and governance topics. We offer subscription-based access to educational content, assessments, and certificates.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed annually in advance
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed any assessments

5. CPD Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of module assessments (minimum 70% pass mark). Certificates include QR codes for verification. Certificate details are accurate as of the date of issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Plenotrac, including text, videos, quizzes, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy or redistribute course content
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls

8. Limitation of Liability

Our CPD content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our educational content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
